POETIC PUFFERY
(Giving Honor to U.S. Killing Fields)
Again The Arizona Republic never misses an opportunity to celebrate jingoism and spread-eaglism. Instead of its usual chauvinistic prose, on 11-11-05 they chose to contaminate poetry with its icon worship of death and war. Of course they chose whose uniform to honor and whose dead is to receive a vow of faith never to be broken.
I would ask these flag waving demagogues, “Is there a man or woman among you who would apply such rhetoric to Hitler’s and Stalin’s dead soldiers, or even the dead soldiers of the Confederacy, or the dead Indian warriors from whom we stole their country?” I’m absolutely sure, that unless they were to lie through their teeth, their answer would be a resounding “NO!”
Below is the poem Flanders Fields written by John Alexander McCrae that was chosen by The Arizona Republic to give honor to and pledge faith to wholesale slaughter.
In Flanders fields poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row
Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields.
If poetry be the pathway to explaining or exploring war, I propose the following poem by Mark Twain, The War Prayer:
O Lord, our God, help us to tear their soldiers [and detainees] to bloody shreds with our-shells-help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to turn them roofless with their little children to wander unfriended, the waste of their desolated land in hunger and thirst. We ask it, in the spirit of love.
Here’s another perspective to view how the alleged mind of these mindless war worshippers works:
For the past couple of weeks the mainstream media and government propagandists have been raging (correctly I might add) against the terrorists who bombed a Jordanian wedding killing many innocent men, women, and children (in other words human beings). This they patriotically proclaim as evidence for the “difference” between terrorists and us.
Below is how such jingoists stick their big, fat, fucking feet in their Janus-faced mouths:
It was in July 2002, when American B52 bombers flew over an Afghanistan wedding and launched a two-thousand pound bomb into the celebration killing many innocent men, women and children (in other words human beings). Oh! Not so fast, it’s been explained to me how, as Thomas Aquinas explained long ago and the Pentagon has confirmed -- these were not human beings but collateral damage!

THE MORALITY OF LUNATICS
(Practice and Policy of American Government)
Humanoid evolution, by the genes of Darwin’s natural selection and by Dawkins memes of the 21st century, still continues along the antiquated and moronic paradigms of statism and theism, notwithstanding model: democracy, autocracy, monarch, Christianity, Islam, Judaism, ad nauseum. The most advanced and backward of them still promote and practice murder, punishment, dogma, and theft as primary means (war, death penalty, taxes, sin, etc.) by which individual human beings can be stopped from killing and stealing. The preeminent methodology for this oxymoronic madness is, of course, war.
The deluded cognition responsible for this phenomenon is the absolute belief that the individual human being is inferior and subservient to the collective “beings”—church and state, or as Aristotle put it, “The state is by nature clearly prior to the individual.” Consequently, the only provable existent in the universe, the individual human being is to be subsumed by the authority of the mythical non-existent collectives—church and state abstractions that in reality do not even exist.
The most obvious indictment that they are non-existents is the infallible fact that they are formed, always by force, of certain omnipresent existents—individual human beings. Therefore, the individual is either an enslaved enforcer for the collective, or an enslaved victim of the collective. An article by Christopher Hitchens in Harpers magazine indicts and proves that Henry Kissinger in Vietnam and Chile committed common crimes and war crimes. In these situations the U.S. Government employed Kissinger; hence he acted and spoke for that government. Consequently, and correctly so, Hitchens maintains that Kissinger should be brought to account.
The problem, of course, with Kissinger and his ilk is the unbelievable contradiction that somehow Kissinger’s crimes differ historically from all the identical crimes of Eisenhower against the Germans, General Westmoreland against the Vietnamese, President Truman against Koreans at No Gun Ri, President Jackson against the Indians on the Trail of tears, Janet Reno at WACO, FBI Agent Horiuchi at Ruby Ridge, or the entire U.S. Government and its Mein Kampf Constitution against blacks everywhere!
Media’s “blowing and swallowing” simultaneously begins: Hitchens was speaking of Kissinger as nothing more than a common murderer with Brian Lamb on C-SPAN when the sound quickly and conveniently went off just as Hitchens was describing Kissinger in Hitlerian terms. I watch C-SPAN often, and not even on the major networks, where I’m certain censorship is universal, have I witnessed such cowardly censorship! As Will Durant once remarked, “the Ten Commandments must be silent when national survival is at stake.”
Of course, this is the nature of any collective albeit business, education, labor, media, religion or government. While amoral liars all, it is only government (aka state) that uses force with impunity and immunity to kill and steal (No thou shalt not’s for the state). From time to time one of these media toadies to the state break their bonds. For example, P.J. O’Rourke relates in his excellent book A Parliament of Whores,
It was at this moment in the middle of the Blathering sewer debate that I achieved enlightenment about government—what I hadn’t realized was government is morally wrong.
He still has much to learn, but peace and prosperity would take a quantum leap forward if just 25% of the media experienced such a revelation!
The other collectives—business, education, religion, labor, etc., even wanting to, could not/cannot bring force capable of going eyeball to eyeball with the state. In fact, because of that they are usually bedfellows of government. As Ayn Rand puts it in her brilliant “Sanction of the Victim” speech.
Then I saw what was wrong with the world—I saw that evil was impotent—that the only weapon of its triumph was the willingness of the good to serve it.

THEFT
THEFT
The point to remember is that what government 'gives’ it must first take away.

Are taxes theft? Yes! No!—Well, uh, maybe?—Hell, I don't know take a vote; conduct a poll! I've got such a headache! Words are sooo confusing.
The principal theme of this essay is an examination of and answer to the above etymological, semantical, and epistemological quagmire in which most human beings are bogged. Because of the tribalistic rituals and superstitions, by which 99% of human beings direct their lives, limited language and knowledge forge a visceral moat around the neo-cortex and cerebrum thus obstructing reason and logic from controlling primordial emotions.
Consequently, that language and knowledge used for seeking truth and recognizing reality weaves a motif of collectivist-statist tyranny that rationalizes the morality of theft and plunder, not acceptable for individual human behavior, but mandated for the perpetuation and survival of the state.
The essay's theme indicts then proves that taxes are the identical twin to the thief in the night, and are as a Cato Institute study concluded, "the belly of the beast of government." Coincidentally, those same false conclusions of what defines theft expose the abject failure of even "educated" people (journalist to economics professors) to understand, let alone demonstrate, consistent language usage, logical thinking, and non-contradictory prose.
I shall not commit such errors; therefore, to accomplish this task, it is essential that I offer a consistent, logical, non-contradictory synopsis of the philosophical axioms and principles grounding the essay's hypothesis: TAXES ARE THEFT.
1. The primacy of the individual human being. (It is self-evident.)
2. The axiom of birthrights: The self-evident absolutes per the biological fact of being born.
3. The fundamental rights subsumed under the axiom birthrights are life, liberty, property, trade, speech and bodily sovereignty.
4. Any act of force against the individual human being or his/her axiomatic birthrights is the axiomatic definition of evil.
Again, as simple with sense as I can get, reality with only one exception (the wave/particle “contradiction” of light at the sub-microscopic level of quantum physics) never allows for something to be and not to be at the same moment in time/space. An absolutely clear understanding of nature’s laws, birthrights and reality-based language is mandated for anyone to grasp the truth of this essay.
Unlike the “whim-worshipers," as Ayn Rand labeled them ("Automatic omniscience is what a whim-worshipper ascribes to his/her emotions.") those indicted in the essay as promoters and supporters of theft, I do not think or write from a Janus-faced/weathervane system of reality, ethics-justice, etc. Therefore, again not like such statists, good and evil, right and wrong are never subject to change by a vote, poll, legislation by clerk's for tyranny in Washington DC, revolving door interpretation of the constitution, or the intellectual wasteland of some columnist's mind.
Now to some final words of that précis of the book I'm writing pertinent to this essay:
In their simplest form, without loopholes, they are the Judaic-Christian Commandments: Thou shalt not kill and thou shalt not steal.
For the more earthly bound with half a mind, all precepts, referents, concretes, symbols, etc., homogenously bastardized to conceptualize “living,” “thinking,” “existence,” “rights,” “powers,” etc., to collectives such as state, government, public, nation, community, neighborhood, ad nauseam are self-evidently false and metaphysically impossible! The primacy of the individual human being proves that!
But, say their creators, pointing to vacuous constructs, “They do exist!” Absolutely not, I again prove; they are enforced! What exists, I irrefutably prove is the individual human being and the inorganic object the gun! Then, like any organized individual bandits it’s, “Your money or your life!”—albeit gangs of “crips,” “bloods,” “hell’s angels,” on the street, or the alphabet soup plunderers from Washington: IRS, DEA, RICO, FBI, et al.!
Since all birthrights are subsumed under the primacy of the individual human being, it is the primacy of evil for any form of government to lay claim to the power to grant or deny such rights. It is a self-evident abomination since to do so governments must use force.
All transactions, affiliations, bondings, etc., between or among individual human beings, without exception, can only be by the voluntary consent of each and every individual so involved.
All such bindings are consummated by signed contract, oath or vow of each and every individual human being to be so bound. All terms and conditions of the binding must be implicitly and explicitly stated and understood.
Along with the axiom, my body belongs to only me, should stand before the dawn of time with no dead people binding anyone!!
Note: Many people, usually the so-called highly educated, belittle me for my frequent use of capital letters, underlining, exclamation points, etc. Of course, I know the origins of such elitist bias. I sat through the same classes of pedantic prudery.

Evil (Existence Extinguished)
Intellectual discussion, confrontation, and writing not only guide, but also may be the only way to guarantee human survival, and they are the greatest of pleasures. The tools for this marketplace of ideas and cerebral enjoyment are WORDS. However, their use rests atop an Occam’s razor of sorts—they either mirror reality or rape it. Words used to deal with reality are not a matter of opinion, of polls, of a vote, or a matter of historical context. Such words are conceptual representation objectively subsumed by reality. Through our senses, perception, and scientific exploration, these words allow us to accurately understand reality; they represent the truth about reality. They are, then, the foundation for paradigms by which we live our lives. They provide a recipe for us to write and reason about The Singularity, The Evolution of Life, Existence, and Consciousness. The most important ones, we call axioms or laws defining self-evident truth.
This essay is about two of those self-evident words, in fact the two most important to the existence and survival of Homo sapiens: EVIL and PRIME. Words that as Plato remarked decide matters of “life and death.” As will become clear EVIL can be thought of as ANTI-PRIME; they have the same genesis. They hold a Janus-faced symbiotic relationship, though never for beneficial reasons. They are Siamese twins that evolved simultaneously at that nexus in time when Hominids evolved a cerebral cortex capable of consciousness of itself and of its mortality. Together, these conjoined twins (EVIL and PRIME) are synonymous with THE INDIVIDUAL HUMAN BEING.
When I conceptualized PRIME in essays and the book I’m writing, as the ultimate existent subsuming all paradigms of and about human consciousness and existence, I did not formally conceptualize its polar opposite. That archetype of Anti-Prime is, of course, the word EVIL. It alone, of all words available, etymologically integrates the absolute negation of PRIME, hence of existence and consciousness. However, in this exceptional case, Noah Webster’s great book offers little help. It simply states,
1. Anything that causes displeasure, injury, pain, suffering, etc.

THEISM
In simple terms, common sense was Homo sapiens’ need for gods. However, religion more than any other human paradigm shows how evil and wrong common sense can be. It is seldom congruent to reality. Why, therefore, does mysticism and theism, in the view of the vast majority of Homo sapiens, overpower science? Simple, it is based on childish common sense over a million years. This comic book approach to life continues unabated today in spite of the fact that never does any of that “common sense” conform to scientific reality.
On the other hand, the irrefutable laws of science are only believed by a very small percentage out of the billions of Homo sapiens on earth. In terms of cosmic time, it’s been but a blink of an eyelash since the majority of Homo sapiens no longer believe that the earth is the center of everything. Also, within that blink, virtually all Homo sapiens believe in creationism over evolution. The really surreal part is that within that same virtuality resides virtually all of the world’s leaders and thinkers! I ask you to consider the following statistics: a recent survey showed that 21% of the nations’ biology teachers believe in creationism. A Gallup Poll showed that 50% of the United States takes the story of Noah in the Bible literally. Thirty-two percent believe that Jesus will return to earth within the 21st Century. Seventy-eight percent believe that angels and devils operate within the world daily. Seventy-two percent believe in Satan. Forty-two percent of Americans believe that everything in the Bible is literally true.

PSYCHOTIC LUDDITES
(Wow! Will Homo sapiens and their evolving science and technology survive such destructive forces?)
On April 1, 2005, and August 17, 2005, I published a medically, scientifically and authoritatively documented paper. The title is A WHITE PAPER (Whose Body Is It Anyway?) In short, it indicted and then proved that virtually every mainstream media (especially sport media), all sports organizations and all of government conspiratorially lied about testosterone, anabolic steroids and human growth hormone as to what they are and, specifically, as to how they are used in sports by athletes. Literally, they created a pharmacological witch-hunt and this demonization continues even more intensely today.
No lie is too tall. No evil is too great. For example, a sports columnist for The Arizona Republic actually wrote that anabolic steroids are far worse than cocaine and other illicit narcotics. He further claimed that punishment for steroid use should be more severe. Virtually all sports columnists claimed that steroids were what killed people like Lyle Alzado and more recently pro wrestler Chris Benoit. This drumbeat went on day after day in newspapers and night after night on sports television shows. However, when the official medical reports found that anabolic steroids and testosterone had nothing to do with such deaths, not one of these liars or their employers offered an apology or a retraction. Everything simply went mute. Hence, they all lie with impunity and they will do it again and again!
In that WHITE PAPER, I also laid bare a tyrannical agenda to take away any individual human beings’ birthright to his/her own body; thus, replacing your bodily sovereignty with the totalitarian authority of the state. You now find what you chose to do with your own body to be bigger, faster, stronger, healthier is in the hands of piss police and congressmen, such as John McCain, who uses testosterone for hormone replacement therapy, passing laws against your identical use if you hit baseballs, run races, race bicycles, etc.

PSYCHOTIC LUDDITES
(Wow! Will Homo sapiens and their evolving science and technology survive such destructive forces?)
On April 1, 2005, and August 17, 2005, I published a medically, scientifically and authoritatively documented paper. The title is A WHITE PAPER (Whose Body Is It Anyway?) In short, it indicted and then proved that virtually every mainstream media (especially sport media), all sports organizations and all of government conspiratorially lied about testosterone, anabolic steroids and human growth hormone as to what they are and, specifically, as to how they are used in sports by athletes. Literally, they created a pharmacological witch-hunt and this demonization continues even more intensely today.
No lie is too tall. No evil is too great. For example, a sports columnist for The Arizona Republic actually wrote that anabolic steroids are far worse than cocaine and other illicit narcotics. He further claimed that punishment for steroid use should be more severe. Virtually all sports columnists claimed that steroids were what killed people like Lyle Alzado and more recently pro wrestler Chris Benoit. This drumbeat went on day after day in newspapers and night after night on sports television shows. However, when the official medical reports found that anabolic steroids and testosterone had nothing to do with such deaths, not one of these liars or their employers offered an apology or a retraction. Everything simply went mute. Hence, they all lie with impunity and they will do it again and again!
In that WHITE PAPER, I also laid bare a tyrannical agenda to take away any individual human beings’ birthright to his/her own body; thus, replacing your bodily sovereignty with the totalitarian authority of the state. You now find what you chose to do with your own body to be bigger, faster, stronger, healthier is in the hands of piss police and congressmen, such as John McCain, who uses testosterone for hormone replacement therapy, passing laws against your identical use if you hit baseballs, run races, race bicycles, etc.
